I truly feel like I watched you grow your business from the start to current and it’s truly inspiring seeing your hard work pay off. What’s funny is when our worlds get to collide. Being in a friends wedding whether it’s the bridal party or even just a guest and hearing BeBeautiful is in charge of the hair and makeup always makes me excited not only because I get to see my friend shine at her craft but I know the services are going to be phenomenal. What’s something you think our readers would be surprised to hear about when they think of your career? Because I know it’s not just so simple as hair and make up and the bride walks out those doors.
i love answering this question because when I tell people what I do most people follow with, but what is your full time job? Aren’t weddings only on the weekends? I have made my bridal beauty business a full-time career and am helping other young professionals in the industry do the same.
All of our brides receive a complimentary phone consultation prior to booking to ensure we are the best fit for them. Once our brides are locked in to our system, we not only help design their dream bridal look, but we set up every detail of their morning to ensure the getting ready experience is seamless.
It is not only important to us to provide beautiful hair and makeup services, but to make our brides feel comfortable, at ease, and all the right feels to kickstart their special day.
Have you ever had to steer a client in a complete opposite direction for the vision that they had for their wedding day or event? If so, has there ever an issue trying to convince the client?
While some of our brides come in with a very specific vision of that they want, most of our brides that book truly put their trust in us to create a look
that complements them best. We provide a very thorough in-person consultation at the time of their bridal trial to ensure that our visions align. We always educate our clients on what we feel will look best, but it is their wedding day and we will always make sure that they receive the look that they are most comfortable with. You only look as good as you feel!
Is it a blessing or a curse when the client says “do what you think is best”
When I am given artistic freedom I always present my best work. With my years of experience I am confident to take on any client that sits in my chair, but more importantly have learned that every individual has a different perspective on what looks good vs not. With that being said, I will never begin my service until I have asked some basic questions. I love when my clients trust my expertise, but I know better than to assume that I will be spot on every time.
Where do you hope to see BeBeautiful in five years?
At the end of 2023 we will be announcing our next endeavor and I am SO EXCITED! This next step has been a dream of mine since I was a little girl and it is becoming a reality. Stay tuned! Aside from that, I see our brand taking the world of bridal education to the next level.
