Reduce heat to low and whisk in butter until fully melted. Add lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Ingredients:
For the Glaze:
½ cup Kinder’s Bourbon Peach BBQ Sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & freshly cracked black pepper

5. Roast
Arrange wings on a wire rack over a sheet tray (or on a parchment-lined tray).
Roast for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
6. Glaze
During the last 5 minutes of cooking, brush wings generously with the peach bourbon honey glaze.
Return to oven to caramelize and set.
7. Finish
Remove from oven and brush with an additional layer of glaze for a glossy, lacquered finish before serving.
Dom’s Tips:
the orange juice adds brightness and keeps the glaze from leaning too sweet.
layering the glaze at the end — not throughout — is what gives you that clean, sticky finish without burning the sugars.
